Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of software engineering experience delivering production backends or full-stack systems.
• Hands-on cloud depth, GCP preferred, including containerized services, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
• Demonstrated AI-native development: experience with AI tools, agentic workflows, or LLM-powered apps.
• Product sense and scoping discipline to finish high-ambiguity projects.
• Exceptional communication with non-engineers, especially in finance/fintech contexts.
• Experience in highly regulated industries, particularly finance or fintech, is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assess prototypes from across the company and decide to harden, rebuild, or redirect, owning the outcome end-to-end.
• Design, build, and ship services on enterprise platforms meeting security and reliability standards.
• Build AI-native components: agents, test scaffolding, and production artifacts.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance to translate workflows into software.
• Deliver clean handoffs: runbooks, evals, and dashboards.
• Establish platform patterns to scale repeated solutions.
• Maintain high-quality code and provide thorough reviews of AI-generated code.
