Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Enterprise Build team. You will turn AI prototypes into enterprise-grade services, ensuring security, auditing, secrets management, and CI/CD are baked into the first commit.

The role requires collaborating with business partners and delivering scalable, production-ready software in a regulated industry. Based in Menlo Park with in-person attendance, you will contribute to a high-performing team applying frontier technologies to finance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building production backend or full-stack systems.
• Hands-on cloud depth with GCP, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code, focusing on a serverless stack.
• Experience with AI-native development and productionizing AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

• Assess prototypes across the company and decide to harden, rebuild, or redirect, owning the outcome end-to-end.
• Design, build, and ship services on enterprise platforms meeting security and reliability standards.
• Develop AI-native solutions, deploying agents, MCP servers, sub-agents, and agent skills as production artifacts.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance partners to translate workflows into software adoption.
• Deliver clean handoffs with runbooks, evals, and dashboards.
