Robinhood is building an elite AI Security platform with offices in Menlo Park, CA and Bellevue, WA. We seek a software engineer to design and operate a scalable AI platform that enables security teams to develop and deploy AI-powered agents with strong security foundations.

You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and engineering teams to integrate authentication, authorization, and encryption into production systems while shaping the platform’s direction and contributing to

Qualificações

• 3+ years software development experience
• 2+ years building large-scale distributed systems with security-focused design
• Experience building AI platforms or production AI systems
• Proficiency in Go or Python
• Experience with cloud-native platforms and distributed systems technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, gRPC, Kafka)
• Strong understanding of security fundamentals and incorporating security into production design
• Experience designing reusable platform capabilities, APIs, libraries, or developer tooling
• Proven experience delivering large engineering projects with impact
• Strong technical judgment across security, reliability, scalability and developer experience
• Ability to solve complex engineering problems and collaborate across teams

Responsabilidades

• Design and build a scalable AI platform for security teams
• Build foundational platform services, APIs, libraries, and SDKs
• Design secure systems with authentication, authorization, encryption, and data protection
• Build and operate reliable, large-scale distributed systems
• Develop platform capabilities and guardrails for AI agents
• Partner with security, infrastructure, and engineering teams
• Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, reliability, and security through automation
• Shape the technical direction of the AI Security platform
