Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical sales experience across large, complex opportunities.
• Strong networking and connectivity knowledge, including high-capacity fiber-based services.
• Proactive, action-oriented mindset with ability to influence buying decisions and shape opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to design, explain, and support implementation of complex technical solutions.
• Problem-solving, risk identification, and data-driven decision-making under changing conditions.
• Effective consultation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration, including influencing without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA).

Responsibilities

• Capture the AI infrastructure opportunity as the technical lead on high-capacity fiber pursuits.
• Shape and win opportunities with discovery, strategy, and customer presentations.
• Lead solution design across the portfolio with end-to-end fiber services.
• Deliver customer-ready proposals with designs, pricing inputs, and timelines.
• Anticipate technical risks and remove barriers to solution viability and cost.
• Drive a clean delivery handoff with documentation for delivery teams.
• Enable sellers and colleagues by training on portfolio details.
