Zusammenfassung

EY seeks a senior interaction designer to shape how people work with AI. You will own the experience architecture, define interaction patterns, and translate user research into production-ready components across web, app, conversational, and multimodal surfaces.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, AI, security, and research teams to deliver intuitive, trustworthy experiences that empower users while keeping critical outcomes under human control.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of relevant and applicable experience.
• Portfolio of shipped interaction design, design engineering, frontend engineering, or HCI work showing both thinking and implementation.
• Production proficiency in modern web or application technologies, delivering responsive, performant components.
• Experience designing for AI, search, recommendation, automation, or another adaptive system.
• Practical command of semantic UI, WCAG, WAI-ARIA, keyboard interaction, and assistive-technology testing.
• Experience extending reusable component libraries and supporting adoption across product teams.
• Travel and On-site requirements: Up to 50% travel and hybrid office capability.

Aufgaben

• Define experience principles, interaction architecture, and reusable patterns for AI-assisted products.
• Conduct workflow research and usability testing with diverse users, including assistive technologies.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes and accessible production components for web, app, conversational, or multimodal surfaces.
• Translate user intent into interaction specifications for clarification, uncertainty, memory, permissions, and action boundaries.
• Make plans, evidence, tool activity, costs, and outcomes legible without overwhelming users.
• Design controls for preview, approval, interruption, edit, undo, retry, escalation, and human takeover.
• Measure task completion, effort, correction burden, recovery, and trust calibration with partners.
