You will coach junior colleagues, stay current on market products, industry practices, and regulations, and adapt to evolving transaction management challenges. This role may require non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Baseline knowledge in processing, clearing, servicing, and settling transactions.
• Experience applying AI and automation to transactions.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills with a focus on developing junior staff.
• Familiarity with market products, industry practices, and regulations.
• Ability to handle non-routine issues using policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Physical requirements: sit up to 95% of the time, stand 10%, lift up to 50 lbs.

• Process, clear, and service transactions per procedures, including verification of checks and remittances.
