Job summary

Fundbox is seeking an instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain engaging CX training content. You’ll partner with CX Leadership, the CX Trainer, and stakeholders to keep the curriculum relevant and accurate, while leveraging AI tools to speed production without sacrificing quality.

You’ll create new learning materials, support onboarding, and maintain the LMS. The role emphasizes collaboration, accessibility, and data-backed design decisions within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in instructional design with digital media production
• Experience with LMS and e-learning tools like Storyline 360 and Creative Cloud
• Strong instructional design principles and writing skills
• Hands-on experience using generative AI platforms to draft scripts and prototypes
• Ability to adapt workflows as AI tools evolve
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Define learning objectives using instructional design expertise
• Develop new learning curriculum and courseware with blended solutions
• Collaborate with CX teams to build training materials across media
• Support onboarding and ad-hoc training for departments
• Maintain LMS and content systems with CX Trainer
• Evaluate curricula and integrate best practices for learner experience
• Observe sessions to reinforce adoption of best practices
• Review PRDs, design assets, and UX flows for relevant content
• Use generative AI for drafting, prototyping, and assessments
• Ensure accessibility and inclusive content
• Stay updated on trends in learning solutions and instructional design
• Maintain core training assets
