Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Strategy Growth and Transformation Senior Manager to lead AI & Engineering transformation engagements for commercial sector clients in a global delivery model. You will guide cross-border teams and oversee strategy, program governance, and technology-driven value creation.

The role emphasizes leadership, deep engineering transformation expertise, and the ability to articulate complex tech concepts to business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial IT consulting with large-scale IT engineering/transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years selling, running and leading large-scale transformation programs in a commercial environment with a focus on technology.
• 10+ years' experience in technology and operational transformation efforts.
• Experience in operating model transformation, agile delivery, leading global teams across borders.
• Strong ability to articulate engineering concepts to business and technology audiences with depth and accuracy.
• Experience working in a multi-vendor environment with third parties.
• Extensive team leadership experience managing people, projects, clients and financials.
• Experience using AI to streamline business processes and create efficiencies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Master's degree preferred; certifications AWS, Cloud, Google, Claude and others.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy growth and transformation engagements across US, India, and Mexico.
• Define deliverables and milestones; oversee engagement delivery with high quality outputs.
• Manage engagement risk, economics and client expectations proactively.
• Coach junior practitioners and contribute to staffing plans.
