Job summary

impact.com is seeking an Internal Systems Engineer (Applied AI) to empower Customer Operations teams with AI-driven tools and workflows. You will build, host, and maintain applications, integrate with REST APIs, and drive AI adoption across onboarding, support, and implementation functions.

You will design an internal shared agent platform, enable self-serve deployment, and partner with business teams to scale agentic workflows and integrations while ensuring production-grade reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building, hosting, and maintaining applications and tools.
• Comfortable writing clean, functional code (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (like LangChain or LangGraph).

Responsibilities
