Havenpark is seeking an AI-focused software engineer to design, build, and operate AI companions, agents, and workflow automations across our sales, marketing, and finance teams.

You will sit with the users, learn how their days run, and craft solutions that return hours of work each week. This internal engineering role offers access to executives and measurable impact on adoption and reliability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience with large language models.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation and vector search.
• Familiarity with major AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Snowflake Cortex).
• Ability to design evaluations, monitoring, and guardrails.
• Strong collaboration with executives and end users.

Responsibilities

• Assess how work is performed, then design AI to remove steps.
• Build and deploy AI companions, agents, and workflow automations.
• Integrate with HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Snowflake, and ERP/finance tools.
• Leverage governed data models and semantic layer for AI work.
• Maintain reusable prompts, tools, and evaluation sets.
• Own production evaluation, monitoring, and escalation.
• Enforce human review for consequential actions.
• Manage model usage, cost, and documentation via PRs.
• Inventory agents and integrations with ownership.
• Partner with business leaders to define success and value.
