Job summary

StockX is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent automation systems across the business. You will drive production-grade AI-driven solutions, partnering with Engineering, Operations, Product, Data, and Security to transform manual processes into scalable systems.

You will deliver AI-powered automation, integrate with internal platforms, and ensure secure, reliable, compliant deployments while measuring performance and continuously refining prompts and workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years working with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or intelligent automation.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools.
• Strong programming skills.
• Experience building API integrations and distributed systems.
• Experience deploying systems in AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Design & deploy AI-powered automation solutions using LLMs, ML models, and decision engines.
• Build agent-based systems, prompt pipelines, and retrieval augmented generation workflows.
• Develop autonomous or semi-autonomous systems that act across internal tools and APIs.
• Create scalable workflow automation using APIs, event-driven architecture, and orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate AI systems with internal platforms and develop reusable automation components.
