You will own the client relationship from post-sale through full implementation and growth, translating business requirements into actionable plans for technical teams. The role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, plus a solid understanding of AI trends and their business impact.

Formación

• Experience in project management or account management in a SaaS or AI environment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of AI trends and how they solve business problems.
• Native or professional-level English with a client-first mentality.

Responsabilidades

• Own the client relationship from post-sale through full implementation and growth.
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans for the technical team.
• Track and report on AI implementation ROI and key performance indicators.
• Conduct workshops and training to drive AI adoption within client organizations.
