Job summary

Voice Systems Engineering, Inc. seeks a seasoned Head of AI Enablement & Transformation to consolidate and scale AI initiatives across the company. You will prototype and ship agentic AI systems, design safe tooling for non-engineers, and lead enablement programs with a network of AI champions in every function.

The role emphasizes governance, guardrails, and measurable outcomes, with a remote-first environment and weekly company-wide focus on AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Track record of building and shipping agentic AI systems and automations used by people.
• At least 7 years in technology, operations, product, consulting or transformation roles with 2+ years in applied generative AI.
• Scripting or coding ability to prototype, integrate via APIs.
• Experience rolling out AI across a non-technical workforce with measurable gains.
• Experience establishing governance, responsible‑AI or data‑handling policies.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching and communication skills with both engineers and non-technical colleagues.
• Experience in platform technology, two‑sided marketplace, or online B2C.
• Familiarity with Holacracy or other self-management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• consolidate ongoing AI work into a coherent, governed program.
• design guardrails and the tooling stack for AI deployment.
• lead weekly enablement sessions and develop role-specific playbooks.
• own the AI scorecard with weekly results, targets, and transparency on changes.
• manage the use-case pipeline from intake to rollout and maintenance.
