Job summary

Uniper is seeking a strategic AI enablement consultant to guide AI usage in digital experience management and support the energy transition. You will create training materials, analyze how staff interact with AI, and translate complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences.

You will work with Digital Technology leadership to align with the group’s strategy, ensuring responsible AI use and practical guidance for daily work. Flexible working is offered, with emphasis on collaboration.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree; humanities advantageous.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot in corporate/educational settings.
• Experience producing corporate communications materials.
• Familiar with SharePoint or intranets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and market audience-appropriate training material on the use of AI in the digital workplace, focusing on prompting of large language models.
• Observe and analyse how employees interact with AI tools, identifying patterns and training needs.
• Research and communicate AI developments to non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to practical guidance, playbooks, and examples for responsible AI use.
• Support evaluation of AI-generated content for clarity, accuracy, and tone in business contexts.
• Advise on behavioural, ethical, linguistic, and cognitive AI challenges in the group strategy.
