Job summary
The company Group (a member of the Prytek Group) is seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing AI Enablement team in London on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will drive enterprise-grade AI agents, platforms, and integration capabilities with a focus on security, governance, and measurable business value.

Qualifications
- Proven experience leading software/AI engineering teams.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled enterprise platforms or automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and responsible AI practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive the delivery of AI enablement capabilities supporting Generative AI adoption and agentic workflows.
- Own the roadmap, strategy, and delivery of the MCP ecosystem for secure integration of AI assistants with enterprise systems.
- Lead design, development, deployment, and operation of AI agents and AI-powered solutions.
- Establish engineering standards for AI architecture, governance, and cost management.
