TRUECar is seeking an AI Enablement Leader to drive digital transformation by empowering teams to leverage AI in daily work. Reporting to the Director, People Business Partner, you will serve as the primary change agent and expert for AI adoption across the organization.

You will develop onboarding modules, design prompts, and lead workshops while partnering with IT, Security and Legal to ensure governance and ethical AI usage.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in generative AI technologies and workforce enablement.
• Experience translating complex tech concepts into training for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to design and deliver onboarding and enablement programs across the employee lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously research and synthesize emerging AI tools and trends for practical workforce applications.
• Develop and integrate AI onboarding modules for all new hires aligned with AI strategy and security standards.
• Serve as internal consultant to cross-functional teams to audit workflows and implement AI-driven efficiencies.
• Design, test, and maintain prompts, templates, and AI-enabled workflows; run interactive workshops.
• Partner with IT, Security, and Legal to govern AI usage and data handling.
• Track adoption metrics and measure impact on productivity and sentiment.
• Build checks and balances to validate data and AI outputs.
• Create departmental champion networks to sustain adoption.
