Job summary

Catania Oils is seeking a hands-on Manager of AI Solutions and Enablement to bring practical AI into daily workflow across the company. You will partner with teams to reduce manual work, build repeatable AI-supported solutions, and coach employees on practical AI use.

You will collaborate with IT, security, and department leaders, establish success metrics, and help scale AI initiatives with a network of AI champions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five+ years of experience in process improvement, program or project management, business operations, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT/Codex); examples of AI solutions implemented.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical requirements and coordinate work across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document current processes with departments; identify opportunities to simplify work.
• Build and improve practical AI solutions using approved no-code/low-code tools.
• Test solutions with employees and measure efficiency, quality, and experience impacts.
• Prepare updates and report results to leadership and AI Council.
