Job summary

Creospan Inc. seeks an AI Enablement Lead to drive adoption and integration of AI capabilities across the organization. You will partner with business units, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate AI into practical, repeatable workflows that boost productivity and quality.

The role combines enablement, program management, communications, and content development. You will deliver targeted training, assets, and governance to ensure visibility into priorities and progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with generative AI capabilities and responsible AI.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communications with senior leaders.
• Experience developing internal communications, campaigns, or newsletters.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI @ Work program with training sessions and enablement resources.
• Develop frameworks to improve output quality and consistency.
• Support teams in adopting AI in their workflows.
• Manage AI Enablement Roadmap and coordinate cross-team updates.
• Publish and manage AIDO communications and newsletters.
• Maintain AI training assets and prompt libraries.
