Job summary

You will shape opportunity pipelines, translate strategy into practical AI solutions, and drive adoption of enterprise tools, no‑code automations, and workflow improvements.

You will partner with executives to prioritize high‑impact opportunities, deliver measurable outcomes, and ensure responsible AI adoption with governance and security considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years delivering tech transformations or AI enablement initiatives.
• Experience leading cross‑functional technology initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with GenAI platforms, prompts, agents, and no‑code workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic AI enablement engagements with business units.
• Prioritize opportunities based on value, feasibility, and effort.
• Translate strategy into practical AI solutions and drive implementation.
• Develop scalable AI agents, skills, and no‑code automations.
• Establish standards, templates, and best practices for AI enablement.
• Collaborate with IT for integrations and platform capabilities.
• Lead training and adoption activities to embed AI into workflows.
• Advise leaders on AI capabilities, limitations, and opportunities.
• Measure impact and inform future investments.
