Job summary

Badger Meter is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to accelerate responsible AI adoption within IT/IS and across Commercial Operations. You will partner with process owners, Sales Operations, and the AI Center of Excellence to translate business needs into practical AI-enabled workflows and implement them from discovery through adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using enterprise AI tools to build prompts, templates, workflows, and automations.
• Experience partnering with business process owners, SMEs, training teams, and tech stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
• Strong understanding of CRM-supported commercial processes and experience with Salesforce and related platforms.
• Ability to document requirements, use cases, workflows, outcomes, and user feedback clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI adoption by integrating approved AI capabilities into business processes and workflows.
• Partner with process owners and Sales Operations to identify opportunities, validate use cases, and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end AI enablement initiatives from discovery to rollout and optimization.
• Provide guidance on AI platforms (Copilot, Claude, Agentforce, Power Platform).
• Create and maintain user-facing enablement materials and training resources.
• Deliver training, demonstrations, and office hours to promote confident tool usage.
• Gather user feedback to identify needs and improve AI solutions.
• Measure adoption and business impact with defined metrics.
• Promote responsible AI use and governance across the organization.
