Job summary

Uni Systems seeks a senior delivery professional to lead AI-enabled projects across EU engagements, embedding in the Delivery Team and shaping workflows and templates. You will implement production-ready AI workflows, ensure governance, and mentor engineers and business analysts within a hybrid, client-facing setup.

You will collaborate with Practice Managers, Architecture, and Engineering, driving adoption of responsible-AI practices and cost governance while supporting bids and client

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15 years in IT with at least 5 years in senior delivery roles.
• Excellent command of the English language (verbal & written).
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, containerisation and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design workflows, templates, and enablement materials for AI-enabled delivery.
• Advise on tooling, spend and learning paths within the Engineering Department.
• Act as internal consultant to delivery teams and provide structured recommendations.
