Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Strategy and Transformation consultant to help clients innovate and reshape their operating models using AI-enabled approaches. You will contribute to change management, communications, and adoption programs across enterprise transformations, collaborating with strategy, technology, data, and design teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in change management, transformation, communications, or PMO roles.
• Strong writing/storytelling; comfortable presenting and facilitating.
• Organized, detail-oriented; reliable in fast-moving programs.
• Familiarity with OCM frameworks and adoption measurement.

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and change plans.
• Develop communications and engagement materials (toolkits, messaging, FAQs).
• Support training planning/content development and enablement execution.
• Track adoption metrics and feedback; synthesize insights into actions.
• Support change network operations and governance cadences.
• Produce executive-ready change updates and dashboards.
