Job summary

OpenAI, Inc. seeks an Enablement Lead, Knowledge Work to design and deliver high-impact enablement across the company’s product suite, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents.

You’ll lead workshops, craft adoption interventions, and partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads to drive durable AI usage in enterprise environments. You will translate AI capabilities into practical workflows, empower executives and business units, and champion safe, responsible AI adoption with

Qualifications

6+ years in customer-facing enablement or instructional roles
Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business value
Experience designing learning journeys and live sessions

Responsibilities

Own enablement for ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents across enterprise teams
Lead live workshops, executive briefings, and hands-on training
Design adoption interventions to drive durable, organization-wide usage
Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads
Develop reusable training assets and playbooks
Synthesize customer feedback to inform product and program improvements
Support onboarding through expansion and long-term adoption
