Job summary

VERSANT Media is seeking an Enablement & Adoption Strategist to help employees adopt AI tools confidently, responsibly, and effectively. Reporting to the Senior Director, this role supports enterprise-wide enablement for ChatGPT, the OpenAI platform, and other approved AI technologies used across VERSANT.

This role sits at the intersection of technology enablement, product adoption, technical learning, and hands-on experimentation.

Qualifications

Experience in technology enablement, product adoption, technical training, solutions consulting, or related roles.
Ability to learn new AI tools quickly and explain them to technical and non-technical audiences.
Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, enterprise SaaS, automation, APIs, or rapid prototyping.
Experience creating training materials, enablement content, documentation, demos, or educational resources.
Strong facilitation and communication skills for individuals and groups.
Product mindset with curiosity about user needs, adoption patterns, and measurable outcomes.
Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment with evolving tools and priorities.

Responsibilities

Help administer ChatGPT, the OpenAI platform, and other approved AI tools for employees, including user support and onboarding.
Design and deliver live, customized AI enablement sessions for individuals, teams, and functions.
Create asynchronous training resources like guides, demos, prompts, FAQs, and playbooks.
Stay current on AI platform updates and translate features into practical use cases and artifacts.
Build lightweight prototypes, demonstrations, and proofs-of-concept to improve workflows.
Gather feedback, identify adoption barriers, and recommend improvements to training and platform experience.
