You will collaborate with EPAM’s Applied AI, Data, Innovation and Business Consulting practices to deliver high-impact workforce transformations and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in AI enablement, learning, or transformation consulting.
• Experience driving adoption beyond training.
• Familiar with generative AI tools and enterprise platforms.
• Ability to analyze workflows around people and skills.
• Strong data-driven approach to outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management at senior levels.
