• 6+ years in customer-facing enablement, adoption, or transformation roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the enablement of OpenAI products across government organizations.
• Lead government customers through the full enablement lifecycle from onboarding to expansion.
• Define and manage structured enablement and deployment programs with clear goals and success metrics.
• Design and deliver high-impact engagements—onboarding, advanced training, executive briefings, academies, hackathons.
• Guide government leaders and teams through organizational change to translate product capabilities into workflows and mission outcomes.
• Develop government-specific learning journeys, playbooks, FAQs, demonstrations, and customer impact stories.
