Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Talent & Workforce Senior Manager to lead workforce transformation initiatives across talent functions for Consumer Goods & Services, Retail and/or Travel. You will design AI-enabled workforce models, leverage Generative AI and skills data to shape future-ready work.

You will collaborate with clients to craft strategies for hiring, learning, internal mobility, and retention, build workforce plans with analytics, and guide change while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years across Talent functions including strategy, planning, and talent development.
Minimum 3 years of consulting in workforce/change solutions.
Minimum 2 years in Consumer Goods & Services, Retail and/or Travel.
Minimum 1 year helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled futures.
Design workforce solutions across hiring, learning, internal mobility, and retention.
Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI into workforce models.
Lead strategic workforce planning using talent analytics and labor market insights.
Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate workforce analysis and recommendations.
