Accenture is seeking a Talent & Workforce Senior Manager to lead workforce transformation efforts for Consumer Goods & Services, Retail and/or Travel. You will design AI-enabled workforce solutions, guide strategic workforce planning, and drive skills-based organizational design across client engagements.

You will leverage Generative AI and LLMs, work with Talent Intelligence platforms, and shape readiness and reskilling programs to sustain workforce evolution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years across Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Talent Intelligence.
• 3+ years of consulting delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
• 2+ years in Consumer Goods & Services, Retail and/or Travel industry.
• 1+ year helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled futures.
• Design workforce/talent solutions for hiring, learning, internal mobility, and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI into workforce solutions.
• Lead strategic workforce planning using labor market insights and talent analytics.
• Leverage Generative AI tools and LLMs to accelerate analysis and scenarios.
• Design skills architectures, talent marketplaces, career frameworks, roadmaps.
• Utilize Talent Intelligence and Skills Tech platforms to generate insights.
• Shape workforce readiness and reskilling strategies for AI adoption.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership.
• Lead internal market research and capability-building initiatives.
• Travel as needed.
