Qualifications

• 8+ years across Talent, Strategic Workforce Planning, and related areas.
• 3+ years consulting design/delivery of workforce solutions.
• 2+ years in Consumer Goods & Services, Retail and/or Travel industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled work environments.
• Design AI-driven workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, mobility and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI and automation into operating models.
• Lead strategic workforce planning using labor market insights and talent analytics.
• Utilize Generative AI and LLMs to accelerate workforce analysis and modeling.
• Shape skills-based architectures, talent marketplaces, and career frameworks.
