Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Talent & Workforce Senior Manager to lead AI-enabled workforce transformation within Consumer Goods & Services, Retail, and Travel sectors. You will shape strategies for hiring, learning, internal mobility, and career development while leveraging Generative AI and LLMs to enhance workforce decisions and design future-ready operating models.

The role requires extensive experience across talent functions, consulting expertise, and deep knowledge of workforce

Qualifications

8+ years across Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
3+ years of consulting experience designing and delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
2+ years of experience in the Consumer Goods & Services, Retail and/or Travel industry.
1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for an AI-enabled future across work, roles, and talent models.
Design AI-enabled workforce and talent solutions for hiring, learning, planning, internal mobility, and retention.
Lead strategic workforce planning using workforce intelligence and labor market insights.
