Job summary

Accenture LLP is seeking a Talent & Workforce Senior Manager to lead transformation across Talent functions in Consumer Goods & Services, Retail, and Travel. The role focuses on AI-enabled workforce design, skills-based strategies, and workforce intelligence to help clients evolve how work gets done.

You will apply human-centered design and data-driven decision making, leveraging Generative AI and LLMs to inform talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience across Talent functions (Strategy, Planning, Talent Intelligence, Learning, Transformation).
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in workforce/talent/change solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years in Consumer Goods & Services, Retail and/or Travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled futures.
• Design workforce solutions spanning hiring, learning, planning, mobility, career development, retention.
• Lead strategic workforce planning using labor market insights and talent analytics.
• Utilize Generative AI tools and LLMs to accelerate workforce analysis and scenario modeling.
• Design skills-based workforce architectures, marketplaces, and career frameworks.
• Leverage Talent Intelligence platforms to generate workforce insights and enable skills-driven strategies.
