Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Talent & Workforce Senior Manager to lead workforce transformation for Consumer Goods & Services, Retail and/or Travel industries. You will shape AI-enabled talent strategies, skills-based models, and workforce planning with a focus on integrating Generative AI and Talent Intelligence platforms.

This role requires deep consulting experience and a passion for building future-ready organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience across Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience designing and delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Consumer Goods & Services, Retail and/or Travel industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled futures across roles, skills, and talent models.
• Design innovative workforce solutions for hiring, learning, internal mobility, and retention with AI.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI and emerging technologies into workforce solutions.
• Lead strategic workforce planning using labor market insights and talent analytics to inform decisions.
• Utilize Generative AI tools to accelerate workforce analysis, scenario modeling, and executive recommendations.
• Design skills-based workforce solutions, including skills architectures and career frameworks.
• Leverage Talent Intelligence platforms to generate workforce insights and guide strategy.
• Shape readiness and reskilling strategies to adopt AI and sustain evolution.
• Support dynamic employee experiences blending people, technology, AI, and culture.
• Drive change initiatives for adoption and sustainability of workforce innovations.
• Contribute to business development with proposals and thought leadership.
