Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Talent & Workforce Senior Manager to lead AI-enabled workforce transformation across Consumer Goods & Services, Retail, and Travel industries. You will shape workforce strategy, skills-based models, and talent analytics for client engagements.

You’ll leverage Generative AI, LLMs, and Talent Intelligence platforms to craft future-ready workforce solutions, drive change, and support business development in a global, dynamic environment. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience across Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience designing and delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Consumer Goods & Services, Retail and/or Travel industry.
Minimum of 1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies that help clients redesign work, roles, skills, and talent models for an AI-enabled future.
Design innovative workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, workforce planning, internal mobility, career development, and retention.
Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into workforce, talent, and operating model solutions.
Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives using workforce intelligence, labor market insights, skills data, and talent analytics to inform decisions.
Utilize Generative AI tools and LLMs to accelerate workforce analysis, scenario modeling, and executive recommendations.
Design and implement skills-based workforce solutions including skills architectures, talent marketplaces, career frameworks, and roadmaps.
Leverage Talent Intelligence platforms to generate insights and enable skills-driven strategies.
Shape workforce readiness and reskilling strategies to adopt AI and sustain evolution.
Support creation of dynamic employee experiences blending people, technology, AI, and culture.
Drive change initiatives to adopt workforce and talent innovations.
Contribute to business development through proposals, thought leadership, and client relationships.
Lead internal market research and AI innovation initiatives.
