Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Finance Reinvention practitioner with deep FP&A and EPM experience to design and deploy agentic FP&A workflows. You will lead delivery workstreams, define operating models, and collaborate with frontier AI providers to enhance client finance functions.

You will translate client requirements into working solutions, guide a delivery team, and maintain executive relationships while contributing to proposals and practice assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined consulting and/or industry experience in finance transformation, FP&A, or EPM - including 2+ years in a consulting/advisory capacity.
• 2+ years leading delivery teams or workstreams, including assigning work and reviewing output.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead agentic FP&A workflows, including automated scenario generation and insight delivery.
• Manage delivery workstreams, owning scope, timeline, quality and client interaction.
• Define human + machine operating models for finance processes.
• Collaborate with AI providers and EPM platform partners to bring agentic capabilities to clients.
• Design and build driver-based planning, rolling forecasting, and variance analytics on leading EPM platforms.
• Gather requirements, assess current state, and design target-state for client finance functions.
• Lead a delivery team of three or more practitioners and coach team members.
• Maintain client relationships at finance manager/director level and support leadership in executive relationships.
• Contribute to proposals, solution approaches, and content for pursuits.
• Create reusable assets: models, accelerators, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing.
