Accenture is seeking a finance transformation professional to join its Finance Reinvention practice in Chicago. You will design and implement enterprise planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions, leveraging leading EPM platforms and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will gather requirements, build models, and deliver client-ready outputs from design through deployment. You will work with SQL, Python, and BI tools to analyze data, validate outputs, and communicate insights to non-technical

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, financial analysis, or EPM implementation in a consulting, professional services, or corporate finance setting.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilités

• Build and configure planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions on leading EPM platforms under supervision.
• Configure and test FP&A workflows, including automated scenario generation and variance commentary.
• Develop driver-based planning models, scenario logic, and variance analytics for client use.
• Collaborate with AI and EPM capabilities to translate into finance-ready outputs.
• Gather requirements via interviews and sessions; translate into functional designs and build specs.
• Perform finance data analysis, validate model outputs, and test results against baselines.
• Produce client-ready deliverables: documentation, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Support testing, training, and go-live activities; contribute to knowledge assets.
• Build domain knowledge across banking, insurance, and capital markets.
