Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a Finance Transformation professional focused on FP&A and EPM to help financial services clients reinvent finance with AI-driven planning and forecasting. You will gather requirements, configure models, test logic, and deliver client-ready artifacts.

You will work with emerging AI and EPM capabilities, translate client needs into designs, and present outcomes to executives. Travel up to 25–50% may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, financial analysis, or EPM implementation in a consulting, professional services, or corporate finance environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bonus points for financial services experience (banking, insurance, or capital markets).

Responsibilities

• Build and configure planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions on leading EPM platforms under a workstream lead.
• Configure and test FP&A workflows, including automated scenario generation and variance commentary.
• Develop driver-based planning models, scenario logic, and variance analytics for client use.
• Translate client requirements into functional designs and build specifications.
• Produce client-ready deliverables: documentation, dashboards, and executive summaries.
