Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Financial Planning and Analytics Transformation leader to reinvent how organizations plan, forecast, and allocate resources using SAP analytics and AI capabilities.

You will partner with CFOs and FP&A executives, lead cross-functional planning programs, guide change management, and build high-performing teams to deliver measurable business value across global deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering EPM/FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 6+ years if associate degree.
• Experience leading planning transformation initiatives with process redesign, analytics, and technology enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Performance Management and FP&A transformation programs.
• Engage CFOs and FP&A leaders to improve planning, forecasting, budgeting, and EPM.
• Originate and shape planning transformations from initial discussions to delivery.
• Design and deliver end-to-end planning solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP S/4HANA.
• Lead large-scale planning transformations from strategy to value realization.
• Guide clients in budgeting, forecasting, workforce, capital, and profitability planning.
• Define AI-enabled planning strategies leveraging SAP Business AI and related tech.
• Collaborate with Data & AI, Finance Transformation, and Industry teams.
