Accenture seeks a senior finance practitioner to lead agentic FP&A delivery for financial services clients. You will design AI-enabled planning, forecasting and analytics, leading multi-disciplinary teams through client engagements.

Deep FP&A, EPM expertise and consulting experience are essential for shaping solutions and maintaining executive relationships. You will collaborate with AI providers and platform partners, travel as needed, and contribute to proposals and practice assets while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance transformation, FP&A, or EPM with 2+ years in consulting/advisory
• 2+ years leading delivery teams or workstreams
• Experience delivering agentic FP&A workflows is a plus
• Platform certification in Oracle EPM, OneStream, Anaplan or equivalent
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in financial services (DFAST, CECL, RBC, Basel)
• Experience integrating EPM with ERP/data platforms (SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks)
• MBA or advanced finance/ accounting degree; CPA/CFA or equivalent preferred
• Hands-on configuration or build experience across multiple EPM platforms

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy agentic FP&A workflows with automated scenario generation
• Lead delivery workstreams, manage scope, timeline and client interaction
• Define Human + Machine operating models for finance processes
• Collaborate with frontier AI providers and EPM partners
• Build driver-based planning, rolling forecasting and variance analytics
• Run requirements gathering, current-state and target-state design sessions
• Analyze complex financial services data environments and translate into models
• Manage delivery team and coach junior practitioners
• Maintain executive relationships with finance leadership
• Support proposals, estimates and content creation
• Contribute to reusable assets and knowledge sharing
• Travel up to 25–50% as required
