Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting coordination or TA operations.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Proficient with Monday.com.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable with AI tools in recruiting.
• Experience in SaaS or tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across activities.
• Maintain accurate information in Greenhouse and Monday.com.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling.
• Monitor recruiting activities, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Ensure recruiting processes are followed consistently.
• Assist with onboarding coordination as needed.
