Job summary

TogetherWork is seeking a part-time Contract Recruiting Operations Lead to support our Talent Acquisition team in Austin during a defined contract period.

This hands-on role requires meticulous coordination of interviews and candidate communications, accurate data management in Greenhouse and Monday.com, and strict adherence to established processes.

The position is hybrid, 30 hours per week, with three days in the South Congress office and two remote days, and compensation up to $35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruiting programs and hiring processes.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy in ATS and workflows.
• Familiar with Greenhouse and Monday.com workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling across multiple roles.
• Maintain candidate data and requisitions in Greenhouse.
• Manage Monday.com boards and trackers for recruiting.
• Provide onboarding and offer data entry support.
• Support AI-enabled administrative tasks within recruiting operations.
