Job summary

TogetherWork is seeking an experienced Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruiting for Marketing and Operations roles in a hybrid Austin environment. The role requires strong marketing recruiting expertise and the ability to partner with senior leaders while adapting sourcing strategies to business priorities.

You will work within a fast-paced SaaS organization, leveraging Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to build pipelines and deliver a professional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Marketing recruiting experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple specialized Marketing disciplines.
• Experience recruiting professional, specialized, or leadership-level Operations talent.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting from kickoff through accepted offer and closeout.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Screen and assess candidates against defined requirements, not just resumes.
• Partner with hiring managers and maintain ownership of the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and follow established processes.
