Qualifications

• At least 8 years of combined experience in workforce strategy, organizational design, or talent transformation.
• Experience redesigning roles and operating models during technology or AI-driven transformations.
• Proven track record leading change programs at C-suite/VP level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people change agenda across enterprise transformation and define evolving roles and ways of working as AI takes over tasks.
• Define and own the workforce transition strategy aligned to the reinvention roadmap.
• Oversee role redesign and capability development in line with process and tech changes.
• Partner with Portfolio Strategy & Value Lead on workforce investment decisions and readiness.
• Engage CHRO and senior HR leaders to align on workforce reinvention strategy.
• Develop enterprise workforce narratives for internal and external communications.
