Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Transformation Go-To-Market leader to serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, steering large-scale transformation programs and shaping GTM strategy. You will drive AI-enabled change across clients, balancing leadership, delivery, and sales responsibilities in a highly dynamic environment.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end transformation programs, manage executive relationships, and shape solutions in response to complex business

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience scoping and leading multiple large-scale transformations in complex organizations.
• Strong systems thinking, linking strategy, operating model, process, tech and human behavior.
• Clear point of view on AI and the future of work and its impact on the workforce.
• Significant experience in management or technology consulting and business development.

Responsibilities

• Scope, shape and deliver complex transformation initiatives across operating model, process and technology enablement with AI focus.
• Drive revenue and grow business with client expansion and new opportunities (approximately $8M-$15M+).
• Partner with internal teams to connect business objectives to execution across people, process and technology.
• Advise executive stakeholders in complex, politically dynamic environments with credible leadership.
• Lead pursuits, proposals and client presentations from origination to execution.
• Ensure delivery excellence, measurable outcomes and high client satisfaction.
