Job summary

Tricentis is seeking an AI GTM Transformation leader in the United States to design and operationalize AI-powered GTM systems across lead-to-cash, customer lifecycle, and renew-to-expand motions. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and partners to align initiatives with revenue goals and drive adoption of AI-enabled processes.

• Design and implement AI-enabled GTM workflows to improve performance or efficiency.
• Redesign lead-to-cash, customer lifecycle, renewal/expansion around customer buying behavior.
• Align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Ops, Product with executives on transformation priorities.
• Govern and adopt GTM data, systems, and processes to enable AI.
• Translate AI capabilities into practical field solutions impacting pipeline andForecasting.
• Establish success measures and use evidence to drive optimization and investment.

• Build repeatable AI-enabled programs to help sellers, CS teams, and partners make better decisions.
