Job summary

Snorkel AI is seeking a Director to lead GTM systems and AI transformation in San Francisco. You will own the technical roadmap, drive AI-enabled processes, and partner with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to scale our GTM motion.

You will manage a small systems team, ensure data hygiene, and govern the CRM landscape while collaborating across departments to modernize revenue operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Revenue/Sales/GTM Operations, Business Systems, or CRM architecture.
• 3+ years leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
• Experience owning GTM tool stacks beyond Salesforce (forecasting tools, CLM, data enrichment, billing).
• Hands-on with AI tools, scaling AI-based solutions, and modern tech stacks.
• Strong prioritization and project management in fast-moving environments.
• Exceptional communication with executives, sales leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Startup or high-growth experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of Marketing, Sales, and Delivery motions and how tech moves the needle.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the systems architecture strategy across GTM domains.
• Own Salesforce architecture and data integrity as the foundation of the role.
• Set the GTM stack roadmap (Gong, Clay, Ironclad, Float, CPQ, billing).
• Lead intake, prioritization, and release processes to stay proactive.
• Manage and grow the systems team and vendor relations.
• Define data hygiene standards and ensure revenue data reliability.
• Collaborate with enablement to roll out new features and drive adoption.
• Identify AI-enabled automation opportunities across the GTM funnel.
