Job summary

NetApp is seeking an AI GTM Transformation Lead to drive the end-to-end AI transformation of the Go-to-Market Revenue Operations organization. This senior individual contributor will connect business goals, AI technologies, and execution teams to redesign workflows, define autonomy levels, and scale AI-driven initiatives across GTM processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years related experience in GTM/Revenue Operations and related functions.
• Deep experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM function.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Strong program and portfolio orchestration skills, including executive communication.
• Experience designing workflows spanning people, systems, data, and governance.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted workflows, copilots, or agentic automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM RevOps AI transformation roadmap and align AI initiatives to business priorities and measurable value.
• Lead cross-functional delivery of AI-driven transformation initiatives across business, data, platform, and AI teams.
• Design human + AI operating models to optimize collaboration between people and AI agents.
• Drive governance, adoption, and trust across GTM teams with clear ownership and scalability.
• Measure adoption, productivity, and business impact and refine the AI roadmap.
