Job summary

Exactera, a FinTech SaaS startup, is hiring a US-based Account Executive to drive new logo growth in Transfer Pricing. You will lead full-cycle sales from pipeline to close, targeting Finance leaders with a clear business case and leveraging AI-first tools.

You will work with an SDR team and a proven playbook, while shaping the Advisory motion and expanding Exactera's US footprint. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging AI to move

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B sales experience, with experience selling into Finance (tax, accounting, treasury) buyers.
• Demonstrated ability to generate own pipeline with outbound effort, not just inbound.
• Genuinely AI-first in day-to-day workflow for prospecting, prep, and pipeline management.
• Strong consultative selling skills with value-based methodologies (MEDDPICC or similar).
• Comfort selling complex services to non-technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Run a full-cycle, new logo sales motion for Transfer Pricing Compliance, from SDR-sourced and self-sourced pipeline through close.
• Sell into Finance leaders (Tax Directors, VPs, Controllers, CFOs) with a clear business case.
• Help shape Transfer Pricing Advisory sales motion building on the Compliance playbook.
• Partner with SDR to sharpen targeting, messaging, and account prioritization.
• Maintain a disciplined, accurate CRM pipeline with realistic stages and timelines.
• Leverage Exactera's AI-first tools for prospecting, deal prep, and account research.
