Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs within the IT Experience Engineering space. You will partner with product management, engineering, and business leaders to align scope, timelines, resources, and goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive governance, risk mitigation, and delivery improvements while delivering clear program documentation and stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

Manage programs/projects through the full lifecycle.
Ensure business leads and technical teams stay on track and aligned.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams on scope and resources.
Engage senior leaders to track progress and secure sign-off on deliverables.
Identify risks and dependencies and develop mitigation plans.
Coordinate with other TPMs to manage across programs.
Lead program meetings and drive key decisions and issue resolution.
Align deliverables with business goals and strategic vision.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Drive continuous improvement and share lessons learned.
Coordinate governance to improve delivery predictability and agility.
Transfer knowledge to new team members joining the program.
Plan for SAFe support and other planning efforts as needed.
Manage interdependencies across portfolio projects.
