Qualifications

10–15+ years leading large-scale enterprise product programs
5+ years of people management at Director level or above
Proven track record building high-output teams
Understanding of SaaS business model and Agile/Scrum SDLC at scale

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the Field Service operating model across global engineering and product teams.
Advise C-suite and EVP/SVP stakeholders with data-driven insights for strategy and risk mitigation.
Drive high-cadence forums and Deep Dive reviews to unblock technical hurdles and plan releases.
Foster innovation while maintaining rigorous, world-class SaaS delivery.
Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of the Agentforce Field Service portfolio and cross-team dependencies.
Recruit, mentor, and elevate TPMs aligned with Salesforce's AI strategy.
