Job summary

Doppel is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own hiring across Applied Cyber and Security, while flexing into other technical searches as priorities evolve. You will recruit across cybersecurity disciplines, build talent strategies for difficult roles, and partner with hiring managers to translate evolving business needs into successful hires.

We are building an AI-first recruiting function that automates workflows across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies.
• Experience recruiting technical talent, esp. cybersecurity, security engineering, or related domains.
• Strong outbound sourcing skills and building pipelines for difficult roles.
• AI-native approach to recruiting and willingness to automate repetitive processes.
• Builder mindset; comfortable experimenting with AI tools, agents, and new workflows.
• Ability to learn new technical domains quickly and flex across searches.
• Ability to differentiate adjacent skill sets and communicate credibly with candidates and managers.
• Strong hiring manager partnerships and translating needs into profiles and strategy.
• Data-oriented approach with funnel metrics and market information to inform decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to operate in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring across Applied Cyber and Security, with flexibility to assist in other technical roles.
• Recruit across cybersecurity disciplines and partner with hiring managers to translate needs into successful hires.
• Help build an AI-first recruiting function and automate workflows across the lifecycle.
• Use AI to increase speed, scale, and quality while maintaining human judgment and candidate relationships.
• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening to interview management, offers, and closing.
• Develop targeted outbound strategies to identify talent from security companies, research orgs, tech firms, government and consultants.
• Partner with managers to define profiles, calibrate hiring bars, and drive searches from kickoff to close.
• Develop deep understanding of Doppel’s product, security landscape, and technical challenges to assess candidates credibly.
• Build scalable recruiting infrastructure and talent intelligence as Doppel grows.
• Directly support other teams based on hiring priorities and capacity.
